The Department of Plant Agriculture and Canada Blooms hosted the second annual Science and Plants Science Fair on Saturday, March 5 in the Bovey Greenhouse Cafe.

The winners from this competition will have their posters displayed next week at Canada Blooms.  A special awards ceremony will take place for the winners on the final day of Canada Blooms where the competitors will hit the stage to talk about their projects and receive their cheques.

The event is supported financially by Canada Blooms, Landscape Ontario and OAC.

An added bonus to the event was a tour of the GRIPP facility where participants were given an opportunity to see the amazing research that is going on in the state of the art, one of a kind in Canada facility.
