Plant Ag United Way News

Overview:

It is United Way season at the University of Guelph, and the Department of Plant Agriculture is ready to do its part!

Are you ready to support your community? But how can you help groups like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Women in Crisis, Ball 4 All, and The Seed, ALL AT ONCE?? You’re just one person after all. Well, with the United Way, you can!

The Department of Plant Agriculture has always knocked it out of the park when it comes to our support for the United Way. We don’t want this year to be any different. So we have organised some brilliant events and collected all of the info for you here in once place to make it as easy and FUN as possible.

Donations!

Your money can reach so much farther in the hands of the United Way. Last year, more than 13,000 children and youth were supported through local programs. Use this link to donate, and contribute to the Department’s goal of $20,000 this year! Remember, you will receive a tax receipt!

Participation!

This year we are in competition with other departments to score the most points for United Way participation. Plant Ag knows how to show up.
