At the 71th annual meeting of the Canadian Weed Science Society (CWSS) in Saskatoon, three graduate students in the weed management program at Ridgetown Campus, Brendan Metzger, Lauren Benoit and Elizabeth Buck received the 1st, 2nd and 3rd best graduate student paper presentation awards, respectively. This a remarkable achievement for these students as they had to compete against numerous MSc. and PhD students from various universities throughout Canada.

Brendan, Lauren and Elizabeth are truly excellent representatives of our graduate students at the University of the Guelph Ridgetown Campus.
