A group of intrepid grad students, led by Fawn Turner, spent the day exploring agriculture in  Norfolk County. The day included a tour of the Simcoe research station, led by Rachel Riddle. Paul Banks also gave insightful commentary as the wagon rolled through the fields.

The tour was followed by an afternoon at the Fruit & Veg X-Change Tradeshow venue. Several posters from graduate students in the Department were displayed in a "Research Tunnel". Ralph Martin and David Wolyn also contributed to the speaker series at the tradeshow.

The tradeshow lasts two days and features a large number of vendors and organizations in the horticultural industry in Ontario.
